HUNTINGTON BEACH, Calif., July 14, 2020—Digital mortgage software provider BeSmartee® tears down language barriers with an added Spanish translation feature to its award-winning Mortgage Point-of-Sale (POS) platform.
With this new feature, BeSmartee will help lenders further expand their businesses to reach Hispanic communities, which now represent roughly 63% of homeowner gains in the last 10 years, according to a Wall Street Journal report.
Managing major financial transactions in English can be tricky to navigate for limited English speaking borrowers in this demographic. By offering its platforms in Spanish, BeSmartee will alleviate some of the challenges that arise in the mortgage process for Hispanic borrowers.
